Love Cheese? So do we, that’s why we have joined Northern Ireland’s Master Cheese Connoisseur, Johnny McDowell (IndieFude.com) and created a virtual tasting event which that delves into the world of our artisan cheesemongers and their unique and award winning cheeses direct from his 'Cheese Cave' in Belfast. 

Johnny alongside our guest cheesemongers including Patrick McGuigan (author of The Philosophy of Cheese) will guide us through five of Northern Ireland’s very best cheeses, discussing their flavours, their process in producing and what actually makes a good cheese. There will also be an opportunity during the workshop session to ask any questions you have to direct to the “The Cheese Board”. 

As a means of virtual participation five portions of cheese will be accompanied by crackers, chutney and tasting notes will be delivered to just in time to join your fellow cheese-fiends!
