This one off guided tour will take you to the wilds of Dundrum bay with local chef Paul Cunningham who runs Brunel’s in Newcastle. Appearing on the Great British Menu it was clear to see that Paul’s cooking creations where hugely connected to the favours of home and local seasonal ingredients - this all came about through his love of nature and time spent foraging with his grandfather when he was a boy. This event will no doubt be a unique and stunning day out along Dundrum bay as participants walk alongside Paul as he shares his passion for cooking and discusses what’s in season as you collect responsibly along the way. The day will end with an outdoor seafood cooking demo and a chance to indulge in the flavour of your finds.
Please note that this event will take place outdoors and you should bring all weather clothing and a flask!
