Access to clean safe drinking water is a basic Human Right but today 2 billion people commonly drink water that is not safe to drink. In Northern Ireland, and the rest of the Global North we take it for granted that our water is safe and we have sufficient water for our needs.  In the global South marginalized communities’ people may survive on a few dollars per day and don't have access to sufficient or safe clean water.

This online discussion will focus on the challenges of providing safe water to marginalized communities and the benefits that might bring.
