Introducing to you Performance Without Barriers. The Sonic Arts Research Centre in collaboration with Drake Music Project Northern Ireland explore together what it takes to create art as a disabled musician. Five years in the making so far, academics and artists have worked together to forge musician-centred solutions to performance using a wide range of contemporary technology. 

This talk will explore the latest developments in how virtual reality (VR) is breaking down the barriers to making music and what affordances VR can deliver.
