A fun evening workshop hosted by former Great British Bake Off contestants Tom Gilliford and Andrew Smyth. Tom Gilliford, the home bartender (@tomgilliford on Instagram) will take an online audience through how to make three cocktails that illustrate the science behind drinks while you make them along with him. Why does ice change the sweetness of a gin martini? How does shaking make the perfect whiskey sour? How does adding salt to a margarita change the way your taste buds work? 

Tom and Andrew will keep the evening relaxed showing how the magic ingredient in most drinks is a little scientific knowledge. 

Workshop Details:

This private workshop event will require access to Zoom. You will be given access to join the live Zoom   Class via our administrator closer to the time.

The class will last for approximately 1 hour 

Ingredients and Equipment list will be emailed out to you two weeks prior to the event going live.
