The Marble Arch Caves UNESCO Global Geopark is located above a world of caves. Interested to know what it looks like in wild caves or wanting to expand your knowledge on beneath the surface? Now is your chance to join Les Brown (Hydro-geologist) as part of a Citizen Science Project in conjunction with the CatchmentCARE.eu, from the comfort of your home, to explore the fascinating underground world of the Shannon Cave system.

Les will explain how caves are formed and will focus on the water tracing aspect of cave science, which involves dye tracing stream sinks and cave streams to work out which springs they drain to in order to prove the extent of the Shannon Cave system.
